Data portability and switching

1. Status and scope

This register supplements § 14 of the AGB. Es gilt für die exportierbaren Eingabe- und Ausgabedaten einschließlich Metadaten und digitalen Vermögenswerten, die durch die Nutzung von OUHUD Search Intelligence unmittelbar oder mittelbar vom Kunden oder gemeinsam mit ihm erzeugt werden.

The exhaustive list of exportable categories and of those excluded for reasons of secrecy, rights or security protection is set out in § 14 of the terms and conditions. Exceptions must not prevent or delay the switch.

2. Switching procedure and deadlines

Ein autorisierter Administrator kann den Wechsel in Textform an info@ouhud.com anstoßen. Vor der Ausführung prüft Ouhud GmbH die Identität, Vertretungsbefugnis, gewünschte Zielart, erforderlichen Kontaktdaten und den zulässigen Exportumfang.

A notice period of at most two months applies to initiate the switch, followed by a transition period of at most 30 calendar days and then at least 30 calendar days of secured retrieval. Technical infeasibility, an extension requested by the customer, business continuity and deletion are governed in detail by § 14 of the terms and conditions.

3. Data structures and machine-readable formats

Timestamps are output in ISO 8601 format, text as UTF-8 and relational links via documented stable identifiers. Binary files remain in their unchanged original format wherever possible. The overall export is provided as an integrity-checked archive with a manifest and version information.

4. Export paths and open interfaces

An administrative self-service export and an authenticated, documented programming interface are planned. Both routes are to provide the same data scope. Large exports are generated as background jobs; retrieval takes place via a time-limited, authorised download.

An OpenAPI specification, field descriptions, versioning rules, pagination procedures, size limits and a sample archive will be added here before production release. As long as this information is missing, the switching process is not released.

As far as common open specifications or harmonised interoperability standards are bindingly published for this type of service, this register will be updated within the statutory period and the required compatibility established.

5. Known technical limitations

• Another provider's features may differ despite identical source data; an identical user interface or model response is not promised.
• Data retrieved only temporarily from external sources or subject to licence restrictions there may be limited to a reference, the source and the permitted scope stored at the customer.
• Authentication secrets, private keys and tokens that cannot be transferred securely are not exported and must be set up anew at the destination.
• Third-party rights and trade secrets are protected by targeted redaction; the rest of the data set remains exportable.

6. Security, retrieval and deletion

Only authorised administrators may trigger export jobs. Creation, retrieval and deletion are logged. Archive and transfer are protected against unauthorised access; download permissions are time-limited. Personal data is additionally subject to the AVV.

After a successful switch, the data concerned is deleted completely at the end of the retrieval period, unless a statutory retention obligation or an agreed later date stands in the way. Data subject to retention obligations is blocked and not further processed for other purposes.
